Shipping Policy

Dough, formerly Eve, ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.dough.tech/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. The total amount that is appeared when you complete the shipping address in your order is the final cost that you will be charged (including Tax/VAT). Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. Please note that there might be import tax that you have to clear at customs due to international shipping. 

2. Shipping time frame

The shipping time frame is how long it takes for the product to reach your location. The shipping time frame is calculated from the estimated shipping date to the delivered date. 

The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page when you select your product. Please note that each product or product variant might have a different estimated shipping date. Also, there are several products that have estimated shipping date in several months due to our pre-order and development process. You can check the detail info here.  

Please note that each item in one order may have different estimated shipping dates due to different stock availability.  

The shipping time frame varies depending on your locations: 

  • The United States - The 48 contiguous states: 7 to 10 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.  
  • The United States - Hawaii: 7 to 15 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date. 
  • The United States - Alaska: 7 to 15 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date. 
  • The United States - Puerto Rico: 7 to 15 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date. 
  • Europe: 7 to 10 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date. 
  • UK: 7 to 10 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date 
3. Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Depending on the last mile shipping rate at that specific time, we would use different shipping companies.
